Purpose:

To define a drag coefficient function of Reynolds number in air.

Details:

Parameter	Description
IGR	Group number of the line
FILE=Filename	Path and name of the data file. The data file provides the aerodynamic drag coefficient (Cd) as a function of the reynolds (Re) number. For aerodynamic calculations, there is only one option for the Reynolds number: it is defined based on wind velocity and element velocity associated to floating support and tower motion.
