Data format:
One line with 1 parameter, as follows:
ISTEPDIPOL
Status:
Optional (Quasi-Static)
Purpose:
To take into account the dipole flow generated by a cylinder in a current and its effect on other cylinders.
Restriction:
Only available for quasi-static analyses.
All the cylinders must have been previously defined with RISER or MOORLINE commands
If DIPOLE is used, WAKE must be used and ISTEPDIPOL must be greater (or equal) than ISTEPSILL

It is recommended to use several steps when putting on a current loading

After five quasi-static steps of calculations, the dipole flow is taken into account
