Purpose :

To define a limit of eccentricity above which the bending soil stiffness shall be reduced or zeroed. Note that the eccentricity is the ratio between the bending moment and the axial force and this eccentricity shall remain below a given percentage of the pile diameter

Details :

Parameter	Description
IPRO	Identification number of the spudcan property
OD	Outer diameter to be used for the stability criterion (m)
RATIO	Limit ratio to define the limit of eccentricity : ratio = Bending_moment / (OD*Tension). Default value is 1.0.
COEFF	Multiplication factor applied to the bending stiffness when the stability criterion is exceeded. Default value is 0.0.
